In this post, we’ll explore the process of adding a banner to your Outlook email signature and provide tips for making the process as easy as possible. It’s important to remember that a banner is just an image, so this guide can also be used if you’re wanting to add an image too.
Before Starting
Adding a banner to an Outlook email signature is fairly easy when you follow our step-by-step instructions below. However, you will first need to download a banner template and modify it as needed.
To make sure your banner displays properly on mobile devices, a good rule of thumb is to set the size of the banner (in HTML) to about 1/3 of its original dimensions. However, this can only be done by altering the dimensions of the image in the HTML code of your email signature, or by using a tool like Gimmio.
Before following the instructions below, you should first resize the downloaded banner image to the exact size you want it to be in the email signature since the size cannot be changed in the email signature itself.
