Step 1:
Once you are ready to set up your email signature, open the New Outlook for Windows. From the menu bar at the top, click the Settings icon.

Step 2:
Click on Accounts from the left menu and then click Signatures from the middle menu.

Step 3:
Click Add signature and it should open a signature editing window.

Step 4:
Type a name for your new signature. Click in the empty text box underneath, and paste (or press CTRL+V) your new or updated email signature.

Step 5:
Select if the email signature should automatically appear for new messages and/or replies and forwards.
At the bottom of the window, click Save.

Your email signature is now installed!
Check out your new signature by composing a new email.

I have followed the instructions for new outlook and it still doesnt come up.
