
There are many elements in your Gmail signature which you could add a hyperlink to, in order to make it more convenient for your recipients. For example, you could link to your online portfolio or resume, your LinkedIn profile, your business location and much more.
To add a hyperlink to your Gmail email signature, you can either use a tool like Gimmio, or you could add it manually using the steps below.
There are no limits to hyperlinks, you can add a link to just about anything you want, provided it is relevant in the context of your email signature. In general, the specific use of hyperlinks in your Gmail signature will depend on your individual preferences and needs, as well as the intended audience (business or personal) for the email communication.

How to Add a Hyperlink in Gmail
To add a hyperlink to an email signature in Gmail, follow these steps:
Step 1
Log in to your Gmail account and click on the settings icon in the top right corner of the page, and then click on “See all settings”.
Step 2
On the Settings page, click on the “General” tab.
Scroll down to the “Signature” section and click on the signature you want to edit.
Step 3
In the signature editing area, select the text or image that you want to add a hyperlink to, and then click the “Link” button in the bottom toolbar.
Note: If you’re hyperlinking an image, you will need to select the image in the same way as you would select text. So, the image should be highlighted in blue before you click the “Link” button.
Step 4
In the “Edit Link” window, enter the Web address for the website you want to link to.
If you want to link an email address (eg. make a “mailto:” link), you can select the Email address radio button and that will make the selected text a clickable email address link which will open a new window to compose a new message when someone clicks on it.
When done, click the “OK” button to add the hyperlink to your signature.
Step 5
At the bottom of the Settings page, click on “Save Changes” to save your updated email signature.
How to Add a Hyperlink in Gmail App (iOS – iPhone/iPad)
It is currently not possible to add hyperlinks directly in Gmail App (iOS – iPhone/iPad). The Gmail app for iOS doesn’t have the functionality to add a hyperlink to selected text.
However, since the Gmail app for iOS uses the email signature that you configure in the browser version of Gmail (when “Mobile signature” is turned off in your Gmail app), it is recommended to simply add your hyperlink using the above instructions, and the hyperlink should be used when you send emails from your Gmail app as well.
How to Add a Hyperlink in Gmail App (Android)
It is currently not possible to add hyperlinks directly in Gmail App (Android). The Gmail app for Android doesn’t have the functionality to add a hyperlink to selected text as it only supports plain-text email signatures.
