How to Add an Email Signature in

Step 1:

Open your preferred browser and log in to From the left menu, scroll down and click on Settings and then click on Compose E-Mail.

Step 2:

Paste your email signature into the signature text box and click on Save on the bottom right.

Step 3:

Your new email signature is now installed! Test it out by composing a new email to make sure it looks correct.

  1. I too am trying to add my company logo to this signature box. I’ve tried to copy/paste but to no avail. Won’t take the “paste” at all . I’m dumping this unless there is a solution.

  2. It doesn’t support to put, paste or let you add your company’s logo which is very disappointing otherwise it works perfectly.
